What is your return policy? Store credit only. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. After inspection of dress, you will receive a credit towards another purchase.

My dress arrived damaged, what do I do? If your dress arrives damaged you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be applied after that.

What does one size fits most mean? This means that although this dress will fit a large variety of body types, it might not fit everyone exactly. For this reason, no refunds, store credits, or exchanges are permitted due to sizing issues. My dresses are tested on size xxs-xxl and maternity clients. Therefore, I am very confident that these dresses will fit MOST of your clients.

I missed an awesome sale, can you please honor it? I often have flash sales, and amazing deals. They are all limited. If you miss out on them, you’ll have to wait for the next one.
